4 Large Flour Tortillas
1 cup Mini Marshmallows
1 cup Melted Chocolate
½ cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
2 tbsp Butter (melted)
Chocolate Drizzle (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Lightly brush the flour tortillas with melted butter and warm them slightly to make them pliable.
  2. Spread a generous layer of melted chocolate over each tortilla. Sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly across the surface, followed by a handful of graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Carefully roll the tortillas tightly into a log shape. Wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to help them set.
  4. Once chilled, unwrap and use a sharp knife to slice the rolls into sushi-like pieces.
  5. Drizzle with extra melted chocolate and sprinkle more graham cracker crumbs on top for that perfect s’mores finish.
