They’re a fun twist on a classic favorite, combining the warm, comforting flavors of cinnamon rolls with the irresistible crunch and creamy filling of Oreos.

Ingredients

Scale

1 tube of refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
1 package of Oreo cookies (about 1520 cookies)
1/4 cup of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup of powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of melted butter
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Extra powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Open the tube of cinnamon roll dough and carefully unroll the dough on a clean surface.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Place Oreo cookies across the dough, spacing them evenly.
  6. Roll up the dough tightly from one end to the other and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces and place them in the greased baking dish.
  8. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and ground cinnamon together, then drizzle it over the rolls.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Once baked, let them cool slightly and dust with extra powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Oreo Variations: Experiment with different Oreo flavors, such as Golden Oreos or Mint Oreos, to create unique flavor combinations.
Cream Cheese Frosting: For an extra touch of decadence, top the baked cinnamon rolls with a cream cheese frosting made with cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
Nutty Additions: Add chopped nuts, such as pecans or walnuts, to the filling or topping for added texture and flavor.
Chocolate Glaze: Drizzle a chocolate glaze over the finished cinnamon rolls for an extra dose of chocolatey goodness.
Overnight Option: Prepare the cinnamon rolls up to the baking stage, then cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake them in the morning for a fresh and warm breakfast treat.
